Barcelona or north - Want an artisanal meal for lunch on Sunday

Gastrobuck | Feb 21, 201512:23 PM     7

We would like a light but high quality lunch consisting of fish or vegetables. Nothing of quality seems to be open because Sunday is a problem and Spaniards eat late - we eat at noon and have a good dinner reserved and do not want to eat two meals right on top of each other.
We love mom n' pop places IF there is talent and dedication present.
We will eat at Michelin rated places but too many of them are, or have turned, commercial.
We will not eat at a 'great drinks, feed the tourists' place.
Running into a big problem with many places in that we cannot determine the opening days or hours because there is no web site or no mention of hours on a website or no hours listed on TA.
Who has the answer(s)?
