My wife and I will be in Barcelona for 5-6 days, staying in an apartment on the Ramblas in July. We are then heading to Cadaqus & Tossa de Mar for a couple of weeks.
I'm an adventurous cook; willing to take on anything from a cassoulet to rilletts or a 20hr slow cooked pork butt on our Big Green Egg.
I'd like to find a cooking class while we are in Barcelona that would cover more than how make gazpacho or paella (I can do them). But what do you do with the local fish and produce?
