I moved to Boston about 6 years ago and there just aren't barbacoa tacos here in the Northeast. Does anyone know of any places that might overnight some barbacoa that I could heat up in the oven?
I keep telling some friends of mine here that I'll treat them to a homemade breakfast taco brunch and they just don't get it. They're thinking scrambled eggs with cheese, salsa and sour cream in crispy store-bought taco shells. I'd like to enlighten them and include barbacoa in my brunch buffet.
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
