Thank you Adan, Barbara, the rest of the staff at Paloma and the organizers of tonight's DDC event in the Great Northeast. A nice, big, jovial crowd enjoying superb food beautifully presented.
My wife was charmed the second the towering caesar salad appeared, and her admiration for Paloma grew through the Chicken Culiacán and the chocolate-orange cake. I found the two-bean soup an earthy essence of bean much to my liking, the highlight of the evening; the Lamb Shank Tapatío was tender, tasty and meaty-satisfying, especially when I added a few molecules of Adan's habanero sauce to the vegetable risotto to make for a truly Dangerous Dangerous Dining Club repaste!
