O Bar & Kitchen on St. Patty's?

Has anyone tried out this new restaurant yet? It's located on Flower and 8th in Downtown L.A. Its Wagyu burger topped with pickled shallots, bacon horseradish and provolone cheese (served with a side of truffle Parmesan tots) is reportedly "an overnight sensation." Any thoughts? Reviews?
