I'm hosting a party for my niece's baptism and I wanted to review my menu. It's a brunch and I'm planning on serving:
Apricot glazed ham, biscuits, honey
Spinach quiche
Fruit salad
Deviled eggs with smoked salmon
Coconut cake and possibly macarons
Mimosas and coffee
I'm wondering if it's too much with quiche and deviled eggs. Also, I'm wondering of we make biscuits the day before, if we can reheat them and they'll still taste fresh. Any other suggestions?
