Banana Bread question

Ever since I have been baking BB the bottom 1/8 inch comes out with a ribbon of what looks like uncooked batter which it really isnt. The specifics of my recipe that may differ with some others is I use 4-5 mushy bananas, 2 cups of flour, two eggs, baked at 350 for 60-65 minutes. I have heard that some folks melt the butter and not soften it but it makes no difference in my baking.

Any ideas for me?
