Banana BREAD failure :-)

I made this yesterday, the only change being whole wheat flour instead of white all purpose.

I don't think it's necessarily a bad recipe, but I overcooked it. Came out dry and disappointing. The flavor is pretty nice, if a little boring.

What would you do with the remaining bread? I'd love for it to stay on the healthier side, since the point was to have something sweet around that wasn't packed with added sugar. Could just toast it with butter and honey, but I'm thinking about a bread pudding or maybe soaking it...
