I have owned my Bamix for several years; and until recently, I have been very pleased with it. Perhaps my most important use for it is to make mayo. I purchased mine at a home and garden show. The demonstrator used the "A" blade which I have used successfully, with no problem for years even when I used safflower oil. The one time we tried with the "B" blade, it did not work.
Now, for some reason unknown to me, the last three times the mayo breaks. All of the ingredients are at room temperature. To the best of my knowledge, I am not doing anything differently. I have contacted/emailed Bamix from the website and have yet to receive a response.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
