Bamboo Garden in Sunnyvale

yimster | May 6, 2006 05:28 PM

There was a post recently stating that Bamboo Garden per a Chinese newspaper report (or some printed article) had some of the best dim sum in the Bay Area.

"They do have a new dim sum chef and it was really good,"

Well they do have a new chef and it is better but it does not compare with some of the top of the line dim sum houses.

But here is a something I did not know (I have not been dim summing as much lately) is that all dim sum dishes expect for the sperials are 1.99 a dish. Which cam be a lot cheaper than place with small at 2.00, mediums at 3.50 and large at 4.00 or so. So it cheap eats.

Disclaimer, Mrs Yimster and some friends know the owners, but they do not know I post on thsi board. But I have just stated the facts.
