Just tried this fairly new Japanese sushi house for lunch for the first time. Decor is plain but nice, staff friendly, courteous, and quick. Pretty good for a stripmall restaurant. Lunch specials range from $5.95 (fried rice) to $11.95 (sashimi). They also have a maki combo special, any 3 maki from a list of 8. Pretty good. Came with misoshiro and the usual Japanese salad of iceberg lettuce, but the dressing was very good, much better than the often-bitter one encountered in many Japanese restaurants. (I suspect the use sweet mirin in the dressing.) Good enough to want to go back and try the other sushi and the cooked items another time.
