Pazza Luna is being sold. The new owners (Dennis Stallings and his wife Sandra Dee) are keeping the menu and the name. This is apparently their first foray into owning a restaurant.

Sean Bolan's is being sold. The restaurant is being renamed Clayton's Tavern and serve seafood and steak. (Apparently they hope one Raven will have lots of success).

The news owners of the spot which most currently housed 23rd Degree have filed an application to transfer the liquor license and open the restaurant under the name Robert Oliver Seafood, with live jazz and food delivery.

In case anyone cares . . . .
