Hello, southern neighbors. As part of a big birthday field trip on Friday, three girlfriends and I are going to se the Modigliani exhibit at the Phillips, which I guess is near Dupont Circle. Then we're heading to Georgetown for a quick stop at the Lush store. Is there a place you would recommend for a a quick, inexpensive, tasty lunch in either area? I'd say under $10 per entree, with tables, not too fancy as we'll be dressed for the baseball game we're attending that evening (it's a looooong birthday celebration!). My friends are very adventurous when it comes to food, so any cuisine type is fine, but it can't be a long drawn-out meal because we have to get home for the game. Any advice is appreciated and I'm happy to return the favor next time you're up in our neck of the woods. Thanks!
