yeah, I got myself 4 x 125g balls of Mozarella di bufala from Costco. As its in the refrigerator right now, from memory I think the shelf life is only upto 25th June, so please give me some suggestions on how to use them well.
Also how much longer than the shelf date would it last
if I dont use them all up by Saturday ?
Does it spread well on toast ? Should I oven grill it or maybe zap it with a 30 second blast in the micro ?
