Note: I have no connection with these folks, business or otherwise. I am just very happy that they've opened up and hope they do well.
[To the tune of your favorite sea chantey]
Come close all ye Chowhounds, and gather around,
I'll tell you the news 'bout a place that I found
Not an eatery, no, but a place that sells eats;
A Metrowest source for some Indian treats.
In the Boro of Marl, this store it does stand,
In a little strip mall that's a blight on the land,
Outside the big city, it's oft hard to find,
A place to head out to when you've Delhi in mind.
Of papadum, mango, of lentils and dal,
Of ghee do I sing, and garam masala,
Sacks of basmati, papad flour galore,
Close your eyes, breathe deep, and you're in Bangalore!
Fenugreek, asafoetida, turmeric and curry,
If you've searched for these spices, there's no cause to worry,
Tamarind, cardamom, wait that's not all,
Just imagine the taste of a Punjab Spice Ball.
That's right, my dear hounds, they have the ingredients,
For cooking your very own Indian experience,
But wait, that's not all, it's two-thousand-and-two
And take-away goodies are waiting for you.
Chicken saag, tikka, and other ways too,
In little foil pans, they peek out at you,
Alook paneer also, just ready to go,
Don't forget the fresh naan, it's frozen, although.
India Grocers, both description and name,
I think it's a place that is headed for fame,
416 Boston Post Road, Bertucci's is yonder,
But of this cuisine, I am certainly fonder.

An aisle of mixed pickle awaits your inspections,
Desserts, too, and mixed snacks, the list it extends,
But head out there yourself, and make some new friends.
