The sauce for the Risotto, which I bought last week, had a March 2000 due date which I noticed only after spending half a freakin' hour cooking for my fiances parents. In addition, the store manager, when I called, told me that the heat of the rice should have negated any damaging properties the (rancid) sauce may have had, and that someone from "the corporate office" should contact me. Any advice on what the heck I could do here? I can't seem to find any "Corporate" info for Balducci's online; and although I would probably have suffered some sort of internal bleeding had I actually eaten the stuff, no real damage was done.
Two very large thumbs down for Balducci's.
