Baking staples - your favorite brands?

Which are the best brands for baking staples? I'm looking for some alternatives to my tried and true...

Cocoa -- I use Scharffen Berger, but now that Hershey is buying them, I'm eager to find another good brand.

Chocolate Chips & Chunks -- Ditto Scharffen Berger.

Baking Powder -- I use those silly little envelopes from Oetkers and I hate dealing with them.

Baking Soda -- I guess there's nothing else in the world but Arm & Hammer?

Sugar -- The organic Florida Crystals brand is ok by me.

Brown Sugar -- I avoid Domino's like the plague. There's a real dark brown sugar that comes in small plastic bags, from Mauritania or some other faraway place, and that's what I love.

Flour, cornmeal, whole wheat flour -- I'm buying bulk at Fairway. Wish I had a place to buy freshly milled stuff.

Vanilla -- Frontier Organics at the moment.

Vegetable oil (for cakes) -- Here I draw a blank, haven't made a cake in a while.

Butter -- Organic Valley. Great butter.
