Baking sheet/tray recommendation

JohnLearnsToCook | Aug 24, 201806:45 AM     56

I've been trying to find some really good 1/2 sheet baking sheets/trays (45cm x 33 cm or 18 inch x 13 inch), without much luck. A bit smaller is also okay, it doesn't have to be exactly a 1/2 sheet size.

I'm looking for a tray that:

- Aluminium
- Really thick
- Rolled rims (ideally closed rolled)
- As vertical as possible sides
- No sharp corners
- Ideally (but not necessarily) is available in Europe
- Has cooling trays that fit it well. They don't have to come with it, I just would like to know if there are cooling trays that fit fantastically.

Or if someone has a suggestion which they find amazing, but doesn't fit my requirements, I'd love to hear that too.
