I've had a pair of Sur La Table half-sheet pans for years that have worked fine for my needs. I am moving to a new house that has smaller ovens that cannot fit a half-sheet size.
I generally use these pans for things like roasting vegetables and heating nuggets for my kids. I occasionally throw a silicone liner in them to make cookies. I sometimes use them under silicone muffin pans.
I am feeling overwhelmed by all the choices out there. What is the best material? I'd like something that can withstand high temperatures. What are good brands?
