Been baking a lot recently

I've made 2 Lemon meringue pies (really nice, recommended - I'd not use another recipe)

Lemon cheesecake - I made it up as I went along, but after talking to my GF about the one she made. I thought it was bad; I used caramel instead of butter for the base, which made it super-tough, the lemon was the same used in the meringue, and I thought it was all too rich. However, Donna liked it, and a couple of friends said it was among the best they've tasted O__O

Chocolate ganache tart (from chow) Nice, but too rich to eat a lot. I made the cherry syrup too, which was great, and I saved the vodka left over to make vanilla essence stuff.

Next is Apple Strudel :3
