What Are You Baking These Days? March, 2017 edition! [Old]

It's March in some of my favorite places in the world, so here we go. Made several Japanese cheesecakes and the dough for hazelnut praline cookies from The Baking Bible. Am a bit nervous about baking them because the recipe has you make hazelnut praline and process it to a powder, and incorporate it in the dough, but I didn't notice that you were supposed to measure or weigh a cup of it (it makes more praline) and so who knows how they will turn out. I added 1/2 c flour in an attempt to pull them together a bit...le sigh...
