What is everyone's preference in bakeware for items such as casseroles, lasagna, and roasting veggies/potatoes in the oven? I have always used corning ware and pyrex, but am looking to purchase new bakeware.I would like to upgrade to something nice that will last a long time. Is there any of these that you think are superior in cooking the items mentioned above?
