best bakeries in London, my list

Here are my choices of the best bakeries in London; bakeries rather than stockists. I tried to come up with ten but could only manage nine. They are sort of in an order of personal preference, but all quite close together. Some have more than one outlet.

De Gustibus (Marylebone, London Bridge, St.Paul)
Poilane (Elizabeth Street)
Baker & Spice (Elizabeth Street, South Kensington, Queen’s Park)
Paul (Marylebone, Covent Garden)
Comptoir Gascon (Smithfield)
St. John (Smithfield, Spitalfields)
Villandry (Gt. Portland Street)
Exeter Street Bakery (Kensington, Covent Garden)
&Clarke’s (Kensington Church Street)

Can anyone suggest a ‘best bread market stall’? or a ‘best ethnic bakery’? I think Harrods has the best bread section of the food halls in department stores
