Bakeries/Baked Goods

I am a home baker and when I travel I enjoy checking out bakeries that offer particularly good products. I've been to Bouchon, an outpost of Maison Kayser, Patisserie Rocco, Dominique Ansel, Francois Payard, an outpost of Breads Bakery in Bryant Park, Épicerie Boulud and a few of the offerings in The Plaza (tartinery, Lady M). What are your suggestions for bakeries to check out in Manhattan and what product(s) do you suggest I try from them?
