Bake from Scratch Magazine

First, it was King Arthur's Flour "Sift" Magazine. Right on the heels of 'Sift', comes Hoffman Media's "Bake from Scratch". Both are beautifully photographed and printed on heavy paper, making them coffee-table worthy. Still, the $13 per issue price tag is hard to swallow. (going to have to sell something to get a subscription ;-) to 'bake')
