Can you bake a lasagna "half-way"?

Due to some weird timing issues, I'm only going to have a half-hour or so to get the lasagna ready to serve, so I am thinking I might bake it half-way (30 mins) the night before and then finish baking it the next night. I am thinking this may be preferable to baking it completely and then reheating it (which I'm afraid may dry it out). Thoughts?
