need to bake up a bunch of thighs for a potluck at our school. was thinking of baking and then just brushing with BBQ sauce at end--good for kids.
so, should i bake long and slow (300 for an hour) or quick and hot (450 for 1/2hour)? want the thighs to be tender and juicy but hold up well to be refrigerated and then eaten at room temp.
any suggestions welcome!
