Can I bake biscotti a THIRD time?

So I made tons of biscotti about three days ago (it was an order), and have no freezer space to store them. So far, I've kept them in plastic bins, at room temperature. But they've started getting a bit soft. Is it okay to pop them in the oven for about ten minutes before packing in cellophane bags? :/
