Bahn Mi at Wrap Delight SF

This past weekend I was visiting Las Vegas and took our friends to have their first Vietnamese Sandwich (bahn mi) at Hue Thai's Sandwiches. The bread was freshly baked but the amount of filling was a bit meager. So I wanted to refresh my memory and send them a picture of what a bahn mi can look like. I drove over to SF and had the No. 10 sandwich from Wrap Delight on 426 Larkin St. SF 415. 771-3388. As you can see from the image linked there is a very generous amount of filling ( meatball and pork ). It was a good sandwich and a bargain at $2.25 - the sandwich maker was efficient and friendly. However, the meatballs at the Vietnamese Sandwich shop near my house in the East Bay (El Cerrito) are tastier, although the filling is not as generous. I'll have to do some comparison with the nearby (to Wrap Delight) Saigon Sandwich : ~ )
