caliban is on 3rd ave and it's one of my favorite neighborhood restaurants in NYC. They serve the best french fries in the World. another reason why i keep going back to the place is their delicious baguette.
I almost asked them but never got to. Does anybody know where they get their bread from? it's so crusty outside and soft and chewy inside just like the ones from Paris. I've tried many bakeries but never found the one as good as the one i had at Caliban.
