I've stopped buying pizza dough or making my own. Baghdad Bakery makes this thin flatbread that is around 14" in diameter and I've discovered that it makes great pizza! I have a 15" cast iron griddle that I get roaring hot in the oven while I top the pizza (one of our favorites is mozz with chard and Italian sausage). So in about 15-20 minutes we're ready to eat-- great for weeknight meals. If you like pizza with a thin, crispy crust you will like this "hack." I get the bread at Taiba Market in Durham but you could call BB and ask them where else they sell it that is convenient to you if you want to give it a try.
