One Bag of Chickpea Flour, Five Ways to Use It - From Food52

eatingjoy | Jan 5, 201504:58 PM     44

I'm hoping there's a few Chowhounds out there with a similar shopping habit: buying random ingredients for the sole purpose of experimenting. In my case, chickpea flour.

It all started with a simple socca recipe from 101cookbooks that made me smile. http://www.101cookbooks.com/archives/... I continue to make and enjoy these silverdollar pancakes but that big bag of chickpea flour is calling for a new treatment!

When Food52 presented five unique ways to use the flour, I leaped for Joy!http://food52.com/blog/11948-one-bag-...

But, I'm betting are some wonderful ideas swirling this community so please share your delicious uses for chickpea flour with me.

The cookies and the pasta recipes included in the Food52 roundup are on my gonna try list already.

Txs.
