Bad Service at Faidley's

I went to Faidley's in Lexington Market for lunch today and ordered the all lump crab cake. I was handed an all lump crab cake on a roll by the cashier and paid for the meal. After I walked over to a table the fountain soda guy started yelling at me from across the room about taking the wrong order. Apparently the crab cakes don't come with bread and I took some other guy's lunch. Now why am I being yelled at because the cashier made a mistake? I'm supposed to know about the bread thing and correct her? (They weren't handing out numbers and I also wasn't advised of my bread/cracker options - either one of which may have prevented the error)

I called the manager when I got home and she explained that the crab cakes are served with saltines unless a roll is requested. She was apologetic and said she would speak to the angry soda fountain guy. But she also said that she couldn't guarantee that the service would be any better next time I went there. Apparently she's simply accepted that her employees cannot provide good service and that they may on occasion yell at the customers.
