I've always been annoyed by the food 'scientists' and their lawyer cohorts that advise us to grossly overheat or overcook food in the name of safety.
Today I decided to emulate SuperTaster and picked up a Patio brand frozen burrito.
The package says to wrap in foil and cook in a *preheated* 350 degree Oven for 55 TO 60 MINUTES! I'm sure the local electric and gas utilities get a cut of the profits.
Alternatively, we are advised to Microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes. In my experience this results in the 'microwave burrito' effect - cool on the outside, just below the temp of the Sun on the inside.
