In other words, this is the best thing that's happened to my deprived taste buds since I developed that wheat allergy 25 years ago. Wheat-free/gluten-free, vegan cupcakes are my new health food! How do they make magnificent vanilla frosting that tastes like butter cream without using butter or cream? If you don't have a gluten or wheat allergy you can't imagine the euphoria of walking into a bakery and knowing you can eat absolutely every delicious thing in there: scones, biscuits, cookies, brownies, cakes, pies, and those unreal cupcakes.
BUT -- you don't have to be gluten-challenged to love BabyCakes. This is just a great bakery.
