Baby-Friendly Saturday Lunch in Harrisburg or Environs?

My husband, my 1-year-old, and I will be driving up to Harrisburg from DC this Saturday for an afternoon event, and we'd like to grab lunch beforehand. I've never been to Harrisburg but did some reading on the boards. We're looking for something fairly casual since our baby will be with us (she's usually pretty good in restaurants, but I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing her to a fancy place). We're pretty open in terms of cuisine.

I'd love to go to Subway Cafe, but they don't open until 4pm on Saturdays. I also considered Arepa City, but they don't open until 2pm.

Right now I'm leaning toward Federal Taphouse, but that seems like a generic place to go in a new city. Does anyone have any other suggestions in Harrisburg or along our approach from the south? The threads that I was reading seemed to be mostly from 2013, so I'm wondering if something new has opened that I haven't read about.
