baby eggplant recipes

I scored very cute baby eggplants, 8 of them, about the size of a medium size egg each. Immediate thinking suggested I could make snack sized Imam Bayildi (eggplants stuffed with tomato/onion/garlic, baked and served cold), or perhaps grill/fry them whole and make a playful spaghetti and eggplant-ball dish; but I am on a spice kick these days (despite the heat wave) and I want something more South-Eastern Asian. Do you have any favorite recipes that could showcase these little babies? My only constraint is that I want to keep their integrity, so no slicing, no chopping, and even if possible no slitting.
