Are there better sides at a bbq place in L.A.? I've been there several times and each time the sides have been awesome. Obviously made with love. The greens, mashed potatoes and yams, corn. I've never been a huge fan of creamed spinach but this one is so subtle and delicious I was practically licking the bowl. That's another nice touch: serving some of the sides in seperate bowls. Also the best corn muffin. The meat is very good (some of the best chicken around imho)but the sides I've tried are exemplary. The only downside is it seems the prices have inched up a bit since opening.
