Could non-adventuresome eaters get away with a trip to Babbo. I enjoy Batali's style of cooking but I am not about to try tripe, brains, foie gras, etc, etc. Unfortunately Babbo seems like the best of his three restaraunts and I'm dying to try it but most meals seem centered around organ meats. Has anyone been there recently that remembers the menu and could tell me there are normal things on it or stay away. I'm not looking for spagehetti and meatballs either but just normal ingredients. I know I could call the restaraunt but would rather not.
