babbo cookbook question

has anyone made the grilled quail with scorzanera alla romana, braised dandeliions, and blood oranges (page 224)

is it a winner? from what i've googled, it got good reviews but i'd like to see what you all think.

i'm thinking of replacing it with cornish hens if i make it (only because i cannot find quail at the moment)
