Walking past Los Alamos Market a few weeks ago, I spotted a sidewalk sign promoting the Ay Chihuahua take-out counter inside.
But alas, this is another for the "so many tacos, so little time" bucket. I'd already eaten and did not get a chance to return to try it.
The new kid in town, Ay Chihuahua offers a selection of soft tacos, burritos and a couple of combo plates.
It's open from 11am to 6pm from Wednesday through Saturday and accepts only cash.
Ay Chihuahua is to-go only. But Arther Ferini park is across the street for a nice spot to picnic.
If anyone tries it, please let us know how you like it.
