Awesome spicy XO sauce built into shrimp / scallop dumplings

jhleung | Sep 21, 201912:45 PM     7

I've been consuming these like crazy lately. I used to only buy the handmade dumplings from the "auntie factory" on Taraval & 29th or the other one on Irving and 18th ---- but I actually think this is better! The skins are nice and elastic and not waterlogged, especially when steamed --- and the filling is so nice - plenty of real shrimp and scallop inside. https://www.reddit.com/r/DontWasteCal...
