In looking back at old messages, I've heard mention of excellent bouillabaisse being served at Ocean Avenue, Mimosa, Pastis, Chez Mimi and JiRaffe. Does one of the restaurants listed stand out more so than the others? If not, are there any other restaurants you could recommend?
