Aqua's DAT menu is a disappointment. It is composed of nothing on the regular menu. While the regular menu is full of seafood appetizers (Aqua markets itself as a seafood restaurant), the appetizer was cream of cauliflower soup. The main dish, we could see from the next table, was a 2 inch diameter, 1.5 inch high piece of fish with an edame sauce. The dessert was a root beer float - hardly in the same league as Aqua's regular desserts. There are no choices. In addition, we had to ask about the DAT menu and when we asked about substitutions, the waiter responded with a haughty "no". We left.

We went to One Market. Their DAT menu offers 3 choices for each appetizer, entree, and dessert, all from the regular menu. It was lovely.

Hope this prevents disappointment to other hounds!
