Wow, that was so yummy!!! I made it last night as one of the courses for my DH's birthday dinner. It was 105 yesterday and he had been working outside, so it was greatly appreciated -- and he isn't big on cold soups. My next dinner party I plan to use it as palate cleanser between courses. I made a spur of the moment pico de gallo to use as a garnish but I managed to knock the container off the counter and on to the floor. When I was making it I was thinking a sweet and spicy red pepper puree swirled on top would be a nice touch. Mmruth thanks for sharing the recipe!!
