AUTHENTIC MEXICAN IN ASHEVILLE

If you want authentic Mexican, the taqueria next to West End Bakery, Haywood Rd, West Asheville is where you might want to go; no English spoken; campesino place; mostly men; specialty tongue, also, soups. I eat here often but mostly rice, beans, quesadillas. Also, there is a new, very basic Mexican/campesino place just past Ingles on Merrimon. This is definitely a meat-eater's place (owner? does most of his own butchering). I wasn't impressed w/rice, beans, guacamole,
