Authentic Italian food in Leesburg

I must say that relocating to Virginia from NY a few years back that I would have trouble finding a great italian restaurant.

I must say of all the italian restaurants I have been at the most authentic and best tasting is Giovanni's in Leesburg. They have a great marinara sauce (which I have had trouble finding), great subs, and even great NY style pizza!

The atmosphere isn't the greatest (in a strip mall next to K-Mart on rte 7) but the hospitality and the food take those aspects out of the picture.

I don't think you would be disappointed. And after dinner go to historic downtown Leesburg and walk around- browse the antique stores or simply look at all the beautiful old houses.
