I had lunch there for the first time with my Chinese wife. We had a few very good dishes:
Wu Xi Paiguo; Ribs "Wuxi" style: wonderful tender braised beef ribs over a bed of "small bockchoy" (xiao baicai). Delicious ribs with a very dark intense and flavorfull sauce slightly sweet.
Fupijen-Tofu skin rolls with mushroom stuffing: Very nice tofu skins fried and wrapped around mushrooms over a bed of mustard greens.
Mei dzi men ya: Slow cooked duck with plumb sauce over tarrow root. Very good dish.
THey had some interesting amazing looking dishes on the menu, including venison, and a host of fish dishes. I will definately go back. The waiters were rushing around so much, so don't expect any help with the Chinese menu items on the wall.
