This weekend pretty much all the restaurants on HI opened for the season. Had Easter brunch at the Austin Creek Grill. Eggs Benedict w/ Country ham, lump Crabmeat and topped with a fried Oyster although everything on the menu sounded good. Had a Blueberry tart for dessert served with Vanilla Ice Cream topped with fresh Berries. This place consistently has the best food on the Island if you are looking for fine dining (since the lamented Bluewater Grill closed).
