Had dinner there last nite. There were 4 of us. Ordered cocktails and 4 appe. Asked our waitress to please leave at least 20 min between appe and entree. As soon as appetizer plates were picked up, dinner plates were put down. All this food took 1 hour. Have to say food was good...not great. They certainly don't adhere to the philosophy of Italy, where dining is almost a spiritual experience... Mentioned this to the manager and he was quite disinterested. This restaurant is a sister to Sole in New Caanan. Red flag it and go to Il Sorriso in Irvington. Wonderful food and true Italian dining ethic.
